Refund & Cancellation Policy

Deposits and full payments are non-refundable, but are transferable if you reschedule at least 48 hours in advance.
Policy Details
- Deposits: All booking deposits are non-refundable as they secure your exclusive time with an artist. You may transfer your deposit to a new appointment *once* if you provide at least 48 hours' notice.
- Full Payments: The same policy applies to full payments. They are non-refundable but can be transferred to a rescheduled appointment with 48+ hours' notice.
- No-Shows & Late Cancellations: Failing to show up for your appointment or cancelling within 48 hours of the scheduled time will result in the forfeiture of your full payment or deposit. This is to compensate our artists for their reserved time.
- Studio Cancellations: In the rare event we must cancel your appointment, you will receive a full refund. The refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- Medical Emergencies: We understand that true emergencies happen. These cases can be reviewed with valid documentation.

This policy ensures they are compensated for their time, reduces no-shows, and allows us to maintain a high standard of service for everyone.
